Din is an exceptionally qualified & skilled physique coach who is equally passionate about health as transforming physiques. With an impressive track record of over 10 years in the industry, Din has firmly established himself as an expert in this field.

Din completed his Certificate 3&4 in Fitness alongside his undergraduate degree in Biomedicine (Exercise Physiology major) before a Masters in Medical Radiations and working clinically at Victoria’s leading cancer care facility. Now he has come full circle offering a unique clinical perspective to the physique development space.

At first glance you know Din is a coach who walks the walk, his accolades in competitive bodybuilding include numerous state and national championships. This first hand experience means he knows just what it feels like to be in your shoes and his compassionate coaching style is reflective of this.

Growing up Sammi was an elite level dancer that had great success on national and international stages, taking home multiple 1st place wins in America. When she went through full time dance, Sammi realised there was a major gap regarding proper nutrition education for young women at such an elite level, and wanted to be the the change she wished to see.

Unfortunately Sammi suffered a career ending injury in 2020 and this sped up her timeline on focusing on how she can make a positive impact on people’s lives. Sammi went on to study Nutritional Sciences (Sport Nutrition) where she developed a greater understanding and passion for how nutrition plays a role in achieving peak physical performance.

It was through her own fitness journey, that she became passionate about weight training and physique development. Since then Sammi has worked with women, helping them develop their physiques and build sustainable habits that will set them up for success for many years to come.

If you know Sammi, you’ll know she’s someone who practices what she preaches. She always prioritises education and understanding of all decisions that are made within a nutrition and training context. Her unique experience as an elite athlete from a young age, informs her about making decisions with longevity and a holistic approach to ensure each client’s best interests are at heart.
